When I was 5 I went to kindergarten with a kid named Gary. He had the coolest toys. He also was related to the man who started the AC Gilbert.

As a child I was thankful for that company. My parents bought me a Microscope when I was 5 and an Erector Kit somewhere around the same time. I pricked my finger and watched blood under the microscope. Watched amoeba on slides and learned what litmus papers and mercurochrome were used for.

I submit to you we need a few more of these in the live of our children and grandchildren and a few less video games.
